San Lucas Bars
Cabo San Lucas is known for legendary partying. Some say the bars stay open so late so that you can go straight to your fishing charter without sleeping in and missing the boat. That’s not to say you have to be a party animal to enjoy Los Cabos nights, for every wild and crazy bar there’s a quiet hideaway perfect for romance. San Jose, on the other hand, is the ‘quiet side of Los Cabos’ where nightlife is set around intimate bistros and entertainment leans more to live jazz and Latin rhythms in supper club style.
Cabo’s top clubs and bars for FUN, SKIN, and BOOZE are El Zoo, El Squid Roe, the Cabo Wabo Cantina, The Nowhere Bar. Most don’t really get going until at least ten p.m. or later, so if you’ve been out fishing since dawn, an afternoon siesta is in order.
Smaller and definitely less crazy, San Jose has a different mood but locals and tourists still have a good time in a more laid back trendy atmosfere.
