The Ocean Course at Cabo del Sol

Cabo del Sol is the best known and highest ranked course in Los Cabos, consistently placing in the top 100 courses in the world. With six holes near the ocean and 12 winding through the desert, the Ocean Course provides championship golf from the back tees and plenty of challenges from the front. One of Jack Nicklaus’ favorite designs, it was built in 1994. Nicklaus calls the final three holes the “best three finishing holes in golf” and #17 reminds many players of Pebble Beach, without the rain and wind. The 16th hole was completely redesigned last year with the green moved 25 yards back towards the surf. The Ocean Course is often remembered from the excellent TV coverage of the 1995 and 1998 Senior Slams. Cabo del Sol has the only real clubhouse in Los Cabos and an excellent practice facility.
