Before the 1990s, the only reasons to come to Los Cabos were to fish, surf, and lie on the beach or party. Within a decade, Los Cabos has become the top golf destination in México and is moving up toward the top dozen in the world. There are now seven great championship quality golf courses in Los Cabos. Every golfer has their favorite but they’ll agree that there isn’t a bad one in the lot.

We all hear how expensive golf is in Los Cabos but considering the world-class quality, the near perfect weather and unsurpassed scenery, few complain and many continue to return. Some of the best golf may well be June to October, when prices are cut, tee times are open, and the early morning and twilight temperatures aren’t too uncomfortable. Carts, practice range, and bottled water are included in all course fees.

Reservations, using a major credit card, are a must October through April but all courses will do their best to fit in a single or twosome to replace a "no-show." It is always a good idea to confirm your reservation with the pro shop at all times and ask each about their regular summer greens aerifying schedule, if you’re planning to golf between June and October.
