Playa del Amor - Lover's Beach
Location: Spans the rock formations behind Land's End connecting the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean.
Access: By water taxi from the marina.
Attractions: A gorgeous beach with good snorkeling and views of both seas. Pack a lunch and plan on spending the better part of the day enjoying Lover's Beach and the striking wind and water shaped rock formations...then ask your skipper to come back for you at a pre-determined time. Swimming: Good on the Sea of Cortez side but not recommended on the Pacific side. The powerful waves and currents of the Pacific make swimming extremely dangerous.
